  A vacancy has occurred for a Clerk/Responsible Finance Officer to commence as soon as possible, ideally by 1st September 2026.

  Planning Appeal – 65 Dwellings Audlem Road, Woore

  An appeal has been made to the Secretary of State against the decision of Shropshire Council to refuse planning permission for this proposal. Woore Parish Council encourage residents who wish to comment to please do so before the 10th July 2026 deadline.

  There are a number of defibrillators in the Parish. Outside Woore Country Store (External front facing wall of Shop) Outside Woore Victory Hall (Near the front door) Outside the Chetwode Arms, Pipe Gate (By the front door)

  Annual Parish Meeting – 13th April 2026

  The Annual Woore Parish Meeting will be held on 13th April 2026, starting 7.30pm at Woore Victory Hall. Refreshments available from 6.30pm. Residents are encouraged to attend this valuable community meeting.
